Q: What is the minimum down payment?
A: $1500 for a finished unit; $3,000 for an unfinished unit which can be custom decorated.

Q: Is the garage included in the price?
A: Yes.

Q: Are furnished models available for me to view?
A: Yes.

Q: Can your sales staff sell my current home?
A: Yes. Not only can we sell your current home but we can also coordinate the move into your new condo to avoid a double move.

Q: What will the monthly condominium association fee be?
A: $135.

Q: What is included in the condo association fee?
A: The following are included in the condo association fee:

• Snow removal from roads, sidewalks, and parking areas.
• Maintenance of landscape plantings and underground sprinkling system, mowing, and pruning.
• Domestic and Landscape water.
• Cleaning common areas such as hallways and stairs.
• General maintenance of common areas such as painting, changing light bulbs,etc.
• Elevator maintenance.
• Electricity for outdoor lighting, garages, and common area.
• Trash removal.
• Capital expenses (major repairs or replacements for common areas such as new roofing, exterior and common light fixtures, etc., and maintenance of driveways and parking areas).
• Hazard and liability insurance for buildings and common areas.

Q: How many condos will there be in the development?
A: 240 condos in 10 buildings.

Q: Upon making an offer to purchase, when can we expect to move in?
A: This answer depends upon whether you have purchased a professionally decorated finished unit, which is available for immediate move in, or an unfinished unit which you are custom decorating to your own tastes. We require approximately 60 days to finish a customized unit. Incidentally, customizing your unit at Brookstone is fun and easy since we have displays in our office with the many choices available to you.

Q: Will the U.S. mail be delivered into the buildings themselves?
A: Yes. Each unit has it’s own secure mailbox. Outgoing mail boxes are also included in each building.

Q: Will you accept a contingency of my home sale?
A: Yes.

Q: Will I need to buy condo insurance?
A: Yes.

Q: Are appliances included in the purchase price?
A: Yes.  A full appliance package is currently offerred free with your condominium purchase at Brookstone.  A refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range, range hood, stacked washer-dryer, and a garbage disposal is featured.  This offer is available for a limited time. 

Q: Do you have Lake Michigan water?
A: Yes.
