Milton D. Petersen – Builder / Developer Milt has resided in the Calumet Region for 45 years. He has been married to his wife Linda for 42 years. They have 2 adult sons who also reside locally. Milt has been active in the local residential and light commercial construction market for 27 years. He is also retired from a 35 year career in engineering management in local industry. Milt holds degrees in Engineering and Business. “I strongly believe that homes should be built to maximize value for our customers. That is, give the buyer the highest quality at a fair price. Keith Shorb – Real Estate Broker Keith has lived in the Calumet Region for over 30 years. He is a licensed broker who has sold real estate since 1992. He has achieved membership in the Million Dollar Club for real estate agents every year. Keith has also taught real estate licensing classes. Besides teaching real estate, Keith taught math for over 30 years. He is now retired from the Merrillville School System. He has one son, Brandon. “We can also sell your current home so you can move directly into your new condo hassle free.” |

Mary Faverty – Office Administration Mary is the office manager at Brookstone. She assists the developer and the sales agents. She coordinates activities for the residents and helps resolve all issues. Born in Hammond and schooled in Lowell, Mary has lived in Northwest Indiana all her life. She currently lives in Griffith, where in addition to her Brookstone duties, she manages a 15 unit apartment building. Mary is single. She has five sisters and one brother. She worked in the medical field for 38 years with extensive time at one area hospital, several Doctor’s offices, and most recently 13 years in the home health field in Merrillville. She is very experienced working with people and enjoys keeping the office organized for everyone. |

Ray Keilman – Real Estate Agent / Architect Ray currently lives in Lowell. He has been a resident of the Calumet Region all his life. He is a licensed Architect as well as a real estate agent. He has also been involved in land development and the design of subdivisions, apartments, condominiums, industrial, commercial, and single family residential projects. For eight years he served on the Lowell Plan Commission and is currently active in church and social events. Ray is married to Barbara and together they try very hard to keep up with their thirteen grandchildren.
